Come and join this therapeutic arts workshop which awakes and cultivates your sense of adventure. Heroic stories help us conquer the fear of the unknown both in art and in life.
Through the symbolic ‘Hero’s journey’, we enter a world of our imagination which comes to life through drawing, painting & multi-media. Our invented hero character will be faced with various challenges, may have to battle with mythical creatures. We will safely guide our hero through the perils, bring him home with a treasure as a reward.
Awaken your inner artist series
From January 2025 I created for you a new series of workshops focusing on nurturing creativity in your art and every-day life. Whether you are new to art or an experienced artist, these sessions will allow you to reach to your creative core and deepen your relationship with yourself.

Accessibility and parking:
The studio is based on the first floor of the Fox Yard gallery in the Old Fox Yard, Ipswich Street.
Access to the workshop is via stairs only and therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.
There is no private parking at the venue. You can park at a number of public car parks conveniently located within a short walking distance (from £1 per two hours.)
